Adopt a Tube

Adopting puts your name against a serial number in the public register at /registry, and sends you a certificate saying so. The tube stays with us. That is the arrangement.

Plainly: we may not yet hold a tube against your number. Serials are issued in order, and yours binds to the next tube that reaches us. The register shows exactly how many are in our possession right now, and it is not edited afterwards.

If that is not what you wanted, do not buy this. We would rather say so here than explain it afterwards.
