Index

The institution is organised into five divisions. Each issues its own goods, keeps its own records and numbers its own forms.

Division 01

Reclaimed Goods

Goods issued by the division that handles recovered material. Each one carries a form number, a revision and the division that issued it.

Division 02

The division named for the material itself. It issues paper by the roll, in three quantities, with carriage in the price.

Division 03

Serial numbers, dates and custody, kept as a permanent record. The division is suspended and issues nothing at present.
